Wcart shall not be liable for any delay interruption or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai Tamil Nadu India.
