ACCEPTANCE

The following Terms and Conditions are purely referred to from the mutual agreement between Wcart (referred to as "we" as “SaaS Provider") and the user (referred to as “you” and the customer).

• The SaaS Provider, we own and hold all the relevant rights to, the Wcart and will let users, you, the license to use the Software as a service.
• The Customer desires to license our SaaS under certain plans available at the official site of Wcart at https://wcart.io/ from the SaaS Provider.
• This Agreement places the terms and conditions upon which the SaaS Provider, we, Wcart have agreed to grant a license to the user, you, and the Customer to use the SaaS Services.

Licence Restrictions

Customers or users are not allowed to use or access the SaaS services as allowed by the SaaS license. Also, the user may not be permitted to authorize the commission of any act that might invalidate or be in conflict with the SaaS Provider’s Intellectual Property Rights in the SaaS Services.

USER DATA

For the purpose of managing the performance of the site, as well as data relating to how you use the site, we will store certain data you transmit. While we perform regular routine backups of data, all data that you transmit or that relates to any activities you undertake whilst using the site is solely your responsibility.

The user of the SaaS services are granted to interact and use the SaaS product only a limited license to copy, transmit, store and back up or otherwise accessing or using any Intellectual Property Rights in the Data is not encouraged under any circumstances.

Prohibited Use

The user acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is bound by the terms of any Acceptable Use Policy set forth on SaaS Provider's website or provided to Customer from time to time.

Commencement

The terms of this Agreement remain in effect on the Effective Date or the date of the User's purchase or subscription, or indefinitely, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Negotiation

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all discussions, notices, negotiations, understandings, representations, warranties, undertakings and agreements relating to its subject matter.

Non-Solicitation

The Customer, you will not summon or entice away, anyone, including person, business, or firm that was any person or prospective, client, employee, or any outsider, the SaaS Provider, during the Term of this Agreement.

Entire agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all discussions, notices, negotiations, understandings, representations, warranties, undertakings and agreements relating to its subject matter.

Governing Law AND Jurisdiction

Claim means any actual, potential, present or future claim, demand, action, suit or any liability, restitution, equitable relief, account, injunctive relief, specific performance or any other remedy, whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, including of but not limited to negligence) or otherwise.

Data means all the information, documents, and other data provided by the Customer to the SaaS Provider. Any content or data uploaded by the Customer or user to the SaaS Provider’s System, or otherwise would be accessed by the SaaS Provider or Wcart for offering better services, in case.

Interpretation

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires the SaaS providers' consent.

Agreement To Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Wcart ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://wcart.io/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). Free Trial

Registering on the site allows new users to receive a free account. During the free forever period, the account will not be charged, and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version.

Cancellation

Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account. If you cancel, you will lose access to the service for the remainder of the current term.

Whenever we wish, we can assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others. No liability will be accepted for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. Upon determination that any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
